Grilled Whole Chicken

Ingredients

1 Whole Chicken

Your favorite BnB Saus

Olive oil (1 cup)

Meat tenderizer (2 tbs)

Rosemary (3 sprigs)

Pepper (2 tbs)

Thyme (2 tbs)

Smoke Seasoning (3 tbs)

Red Pepper (1 tbs)

Season Salt (2 tbs)

Garlic (5 cloves)

Preparation

  1. Mix your spices together and set aside. Leave out the garlic and rosemary as you will add later.

  2. Split your chicken, by cutting down the middle.

  3. Pour the olive on the chicken and gently rub in, covering it completely.

  4. Rub in your fresh garlic, making sure to get into the folds and under any loose skin.

  5. Take your spice mix and rub it into the chicken.

  6. Grab your rosemary sprigs and tuck into the chicken anywhere you can get under the skin.

  7. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. Best results achieved if marinated overnight and stored in the refrigerator.

Grilling Instructions

Make sure you have a cold side and warm side of the grill. Grill temperature needs to be 405-425 degrees. Cook the chicken on the cold side of the grill. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 dgrees.
