Preparation
Feel free to beat the ribs with a mallet for a couple minutes after you clean the pork. Make sure to remove the white casing on back of ribs.
Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Brush marinade onto the ribs and pat gently.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best results leave in refrigerator overnight.
Grilling Instructions
For the Grill:
Set your temperature at 300-375 degrees. Make sure you have a cold side and hot side to the grill. Cook time will be depend on your grill temp and outside conditions. Place your meat on the cold side of the grill, and go low and slow for best results. Keep your heat level as even as possible throughout the cook. Make sure the meat reaches an internal temperature of 195-205 degrees. Remove the ribs from the grill and let rest.
For a Smoker:
Set your temperature to 225-250 degrees. If using wood chips, soak them overnight to yield the best results. Make sure to have a cold side and hot side of the grill. Place the meat on the cold side of the grill. Once the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, take the meat from the grill and wrap it tightly in foil. Place back on the grill and continue to cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 195-205 degrees. Let the meat rest for 20 minutes in the foil before enjoying.
